Having stayed in cotton tree for over 30 years and in rovera apartments for many of these visits, my expectations are high and this visit certainly did not disappoint. The apartments are located in the perfect position, maintained to a very high standard, offer great facilities and are hosted by friendly kiwi managers. What could be better for a splendid break away.

Spacious comfortable room on fist floor opposite the lift and pool entry. Had everything in the kitchen you’d want. Comfortable bed and great shower, large balcony. We didn’t want to leave! Jan was a great hostess and a pleasure to deal with.

Rovera Apartments is in a fantastic location, walkign ditance to everything you need. Our apartment had amazing views of the river and beach from a huge balcony. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at Rovera Apartments Cotton Tree very much! It rained a good part of our stay, but that actually added to the enjoyment of our needed time of relaxation. I’m a bit of a skeptic when it comes to the cleanliness of holiday apartments, but we both agree that Rovera is probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Even cleaner than the Sheraton! Fantastic location for great cafes, shopping and nice long walks. We particularly enjoyed our numerous visits to Mojo’s cafe across the road on the opposite corner. Already recommending Rovera to our family and friends. Will definitely return for other holidays.

Once again we stayed at Rovera Apartments and they did not let us down. Fantastic location with nearly everything you could want within an easy walk. Jan the manager was as usual super helpful. If you are looking for a place to holiday on the Sunshine Coast this is the place for you!

I was impressed with the location of Rovera Apartments. Close to the river and beach, close to shops for necessary food, eating out or holiday shopping. Our apartment on the third floor had a lovely corner balcony ideal for meals or relaxation. Jan at the reception desk was very helpful with all of our questions.

“Rovera apartments a great spot for families. Close to the beach and all amenities. Hosts are friendly. Apartment lovely and clean. 3 bedroom apartment very spacious and suited our family of 5 perfectly. Well-equipped kitchen, laundry and everything you could need for a lovely holiday. Fantastic to have chemist, BWS, Foodworks, all below, as well as a number of other specialty shops. Highly recommended”

“This was our 3rd year staying at Rovera Apartments Cotton Tree. Whilst we have holidayed at Cotton Tree for many years we are now staying at the best! The onsite managers Chris and Jan are very obliging, friendly, welcoming, just what you look for when going on holidays. The units and surrounding areas pool/ bbq/ entry ways/ bins are meticulously clean. Chris and Jan work very hard within the business to ensure a high standard is kept. Have we booked again,of course so!

Wonderful location, could walk to everything we wanted to go to which was good as it was school holidays so not easy to find a park. Apartment was very clean and roomy, and beds were comfortable. Balcony you could seat on and watch all the people walking/driving past, and wonderful view of the ocean.

Jan was very welcoming and pleasant at all times – Nothing was too much trouble for all our group – Our apartment was extremely clean and tidy. Good view from the 2nd floor and the balcony was a great size. Will definitely be back in the not too distant future and would highly recommend Rovera Apartments to others

From check in to check out everything was perfect. We booked a 2 bed/2 bath room which was enormous. It had spectacular water views and is honestly the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. The apartment had everything we needed and is walking distance to all the local cafes / restaurants and beach. Jan was lovely and very accommodating after we had been let down at the last minute by our original property which I think was a blessing. We had a lovely, relaxing long weekend at Rovera apartments and would definitely stay here again.
